What you probably still want to know
Is my data safe?
Yes. We host exclusively on servers in Germany - GDPR-compliant and with a data processing agreement (DPA). Your content is yours: we don't mine it and we never pass it to third parties.
How does my client log in?
You decide per space. Public spaces open from a simple link - no account required. For private spaces you invite your client by email or protect access with a password. Your clients never take up a paid seat.
Can I use my own branding and domain?
You can set your logo and colors on every plan. On the Agency plan the portal goes fully white-label - no Aveela logo - and runs under your own subdomain.
What happens to my content in the AI?
The AI features run through a European provider with servers in the EU. Your screenshots and text are used only to create your draft - never to train AI models.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing is charged automatically - we never ask for a credit card. After that you pick a plan. Without one, your account switches to read-only after a short grace period: your content stays intact and visible, you just can't edit it anymore.
